I was working at a company, and when I was meeting my boss he stared at me for a long time.I didn’t do anything wrong, he just starred at me for a long time. I felt uncomfortable, I figured it was something bad.What does that mean?

No one can tell you what that meant except him. Best thing to have done is to ask him. After the fact is too late; ask when it happens. For this incident, just let it go; wasting precious energy on the past is just that – wasting energy. Best Wishes!

well maybe he was staring at you because you had something in your teeth. or maybe your a hot chick. or dude, or maybe he was looking past you.
or maybe he isn’t really all there and was sleeping with his eyes shut!
or maybe something or other!

Maybe he was just in la-la land! Or maybe he is trying to gauge your abilities against somebody else’s. Or maybe you remind him of somebody, but he has no idea who. Or maybe he is in love with you (if you are a chick).

It means you should raise your eyebrows inquisitively and say "I’m sorry, did you need something?" while smiling each time it happens. Do it often enough and he’ll stop.
Then again he may just be staring into space while thinking something over.
