Does anyone know of any legitimate work at home jobs in the US?

I am trying to find some kind of work at home job so I can start earning the money I need to move out of my parents’ house. I currently have no source of income, and can’t really afford much of a start up fee. I would prefer a data entry job, but at this point, just about anything would work.

You are now going to get a lot of replies from people wanting you to go to their websites and give them money.

Many of them require money up front and most of the ones that do are simply in it for the business of collecting peoples’ money that way…that is the business they are in, not emplying people. There are a few sites online that actually list legitimate work-at-home opportunities. One I have found most useful over time is http://www.homejobstopsite.com
This site eliminates spam, ‘get-rich’quick’ schemes etc and only allows posts from legitimate opportunites. You have to pay a membership fee, but it is a lifetime fee and it’s only $18, this gives you access to all kinds of up-to-date listings. So once you’ve finished one job, you can go back and find more……it alos gives opportunities for long term jobs, but all are home based and pre-screened.
